Sometimes you need a guy card

The images and dies for Nature's Symphony create a great background for this card. 


The die cut is from then Natural Hues Designer Papers, they are thick, textured and the perfect neutral colors.

You can create an attractive inside for the card


Cutting

Mossy Meadow - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2, score at 4 1/4

Natures Hues - 4 1/4 x 3 1/2 for die cut

Basic White - 5 1/4 x 4

Nature Walk Designer Series Paper - 5 1/4 x 4

Assembly

Stamp the large branch in the corner of the Basic White card stock in Mossy Meadow, stamp the sentiment in the same color. Stamp the line image in Pecan Pie, over the branch, using the ink up and stamp a couple times before reinking technique. Adhere to the inside of the card. 

Adhere the Nature Walk Designer Series Paper to the card front. 

On the Natures Hues die cut piece, cover it with the line image in Peacan Pie Ink using the same technique as above. Adhere this to the card front with Mini Dimensonals. Stamp the greeting in VersaMark ink and cover with White Embossing Powder and heat with the heat tool. Attach a small piece of Very Vanilla Bakers Twine to the right end of the greeting. Attach to the card front with Dimensionals.

A Horizontal Front Flap card

  What a cute idea for a card opening and I love the dual use of the Blooming Phrases stamp set. First let's do the folding of the card. Cut a piece of Designer Series Paper 8 x 6 3/4 being mindful of any pattern you have to consider, using a landscape orientation. Score on the left side and top at 2 3/4. Fold and gently burnish the left score line and make a tic mark as indicated. Now fold and burnish the top score line the same way, making the tic mark as indicated. To create the diagonal score, match the tic marks up on your paper trimmer and make the score, fold and burnish To create the fold, push the diagonal fold in and create the square on the top of the Designer Series Paper. Criss Cross and a Fun Fold

This fun fold has a special element on the card front. I selected the sheet of Florals in Bloom Designer Series Paper to use on this card because the Granny Apple Green/Berry Brust color combo made me happy.  Score and burnish the Berry Burst cardstock.  On the Basic White cardstock stamp stem from Pretty Florals using Granny Apple Green ink. Next ink up the solid blossom stamp in Berry Burst and stamp off before stamping over the stem. Ink the lined blossom stamp in Berry Burst and stamp full strength over the solid image. Insert this piece inside the card base.  Adhere the larger piece of Designer Series Paper on the inside of the right flap. Adhere the two other pieces on the front and inside of the left flap.  Fold three pieces of the Designer Series Paper strips as shown and fold the other two in the opposite direction.
