Several Stampers joined me on Saturday to create cards to celebrate World Card Making Day. My first card featured the Splendid Autumn Designer Series Paper, Autumn Leaves Stamps and Gold Embossing Powder.

Cajun Craze - 11 x 4 1/4, score at 5 1/2
Early Espresso - 3 5/8 x 4 3/8
Mossy Meadow - 3 3/8 x 4 1/8, die cut the circle out of the center
Splendid Autumn DSP - 3 1/4 x 4, 1/2 x 4
Basic White - 4 x 5 1/4
Assembly
- Fold the Cajun Craze card base and with a leaf stamp and Versamark Ink, stamp around the edges.
- Attach the Early Espresso piece to the center top of the card front.
- Adhere the DSP layer to the Mossy Meadow piece. Wrap a 5-inch piece of the ribbon to the lower part of the layer and attach with Glue Dots. Put Dimensionals on the back and attach to the Early Espresso layer.
- Before you stamp the sentiment on the Mossy Meadow circle, wipe the Embossing Buddy on the circle to keep the embossing powder from sticking; stamp the sentiment with Versamark ink and cover with Gold Embossing Powder. Use the Heat Tool to set the powder. Add a Dimensonal to back side, top and bottom of this piece and adhere over the ribbon.
- Take another 5-inch piece of ribbon and tie a knot around the wrapped ribbon.
- Adhere the strip of DSP to the Basic White cardstock, then adhere to the inside of the card.
