Open House Projects

Thanks to everyone came to my New Catalog Open House on Saturday. I wanted to share what we made with you.

The first card uses the Tidings & Trimmings bundle, a decorative mask, blender brush and the Mini Cut & Emboss machine. The large star was die cut and I used adhesive sheets on the back, no one wants glue marks to erase. One of the smaller stars was embossed with silver embossing powder. I used lots of Dimensional on the Basic White sections.

Card two features the Harvest Meadow Suite from the Holiday Catalog  the cone flowers were colored with Stampin' Blends, the brushed metallic dots  and diamond weave ribbon create the perfect finish for the card.

I was a die cutting fool when adapting card three from the one I saw on another website. We stamped, heat embossed, colored with a blending brush; the wreath was colored with Stampin' Write Markers (the Blends are to dark) Again I used adhesive sheets on the wreaths and small leave. The background is the Brick & Mortar embossing folder.

The final card showcased the Sale A Bration Delicate Dahlias stamp set, I paired it with a strip of Harvest Meadow DSP. The Stamperatus was a helpful tool to have the dahlia outline and flower image layer perfectly. The 2020-2022 In Color Square Gems are a great final touch.

The must have die of the season will be the Perfect Pillow Dies, on page 9 of the Holiday catalog. This cutie is filled with peanut M&Ms, topped with Beauty of the Earth DSP and Harvest Meadow die cuts. I am in love with the wheat stalks.

I love sharing all these ideas with you and hope to see you at a class soon!
