Casing the Catalog

I loved the Ornate Frames dies when they were introduced in the Fall/Winter Mini catalog and was happy when they were carried over. In the Spring Mini they are paired with the Perfectly Framed stamp set. This set has nice sentiments and you can use the flower and greenery stamps to build a sweet bouquet or background. I cased (Copy And Share Everything) two of the cards on page 31 of the catalog.

The project featured in the catalog used a pizza box, I created a card. As you can see I used Crushed Curry, Night of Navy and Seaside Spray ink. I cut 2 labels out of Night of Navy cardstock, embossed the sentiment on one. The two labels were butted together. I added a piece of discontinued Crushed Curry ribbon across the middle and made a bow.

In CASE #2

I selected another color palate, to give a spring feel since it is -10 degrees right now. I cut a vellum lacy frame to layer under the sentiment label.
