The Cute as Can Be Designer Series Paper is adorable and a wonderful background for this sweet Pattern of Friendship sentiment, I really like all the sentiments in the stamp set.

I also like the clean and simple layout of the card. The added dimension of the 1/4-inch Woven Ribbon adds to the cards look. 

Cutting instructions

Petunia Pop- 5 1/2 x 8 1/4, score at 4 1/4

Designer Series Paper 1- 2 1/2 x 4 1/4

Designer Series Paper 2- 3 1/2 x 2 1/2

Basis White- 3 3/4 x 2 3/4, 2 1/2 x 2 (die cut banner), 4 x 5 1/4

Assembly

Fold and score card base, adhere largest piece of Basic White Cardstock to the inside of the card base. 

Adhere Designer Series Paper 1 to the card front, 1/2 inch from the left side. 

Adhere Designer Series Paper 2 to the middle Basic White cardstock. Attach the Woven Basic White Ribbon around this piece, attaching the ends to the backside with Glue Dots. Next attach this element to the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals. 

Stamp the sentiment in Petunia Pop and attach to the card front. 

Tie a bow with the Ribbon and attach to the card with a Stampin' Dimensional.

Lastly color 3 Iridescent Pearls with a Dark Petunia Pop Blends and add to the card.
