It's a Banner Birthday
The colors in this card are pulled from my current favorite designer series paper, Wildflower Birthday! The subtle shades of pink, green and blue are feminine and sweet.
The layout would also be nice in primary colors for a child. Using the Sale A Bration Star Struck Embossing Folder and Purple Sequins adds the best touches to the card.
