We met on a windy Saturday to make cards and share the joy of stamping together. I call this card Purple Plant Paradise, but it would be pretty in your favorite color. Plant Paradise is a reversable stamp set, meaning there is a image on one side at the reverse is the shadow image.
Cutting Instructions
Basic White: (2) 4 x 5 1/4, 3 13/16 x 5 1/16, scrap for stamping pot, leave and greeting
Gorgeous Grape: 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, scored at 4 1/4
Assembly
Using Highland Heather ink up the "shadow" side of the large bowl and on the right and left sides of the smallest Basic White cardstock. Next ink with Gorgeous Grape and stamp the top and bottom of the cardstock, set aside.
With Gorgeous Grape in stamp the pot on the scrap of Basic White, stamp a pot on the Basic White that will be the inside of your card.
Using Garden Green ink, ink up the long leaf stamp and stamp twice without reinking to get two tones of green, do this again to get four leaves. Do the same with the bubbly leaf image. Stamp the bubbly leaf on the pot on the inside piece. the images on the scrap piece all need to be fussy cut. Stamp the greeting in Gorgeous Grape and trim out.
I used Mutli Purpose Glue to attach the long leave to the top of the pot and the bubbly leaves to the pot. Attach to the piece of cardstock with the large bowls with Stampin' Dimensionals.
Cut a piece of Pebbled Path Jute Trim 7", fold in half and tie a loop in the top. Attach this to the underside of the leaves/pot with Glue Dots and one under the loop to attach to the top of the card.
Adhere the stamped piece to remaining Basic White and then to the Gorgeous Grape card base and adhere the inside piece.
Final touches, attach the greeting and some Classic Matte Dots to the card front.
Hope you like this card as much as I do.
Happy Stamping
Cindy
