My monthly open house yesterday was a lot of fun, we shared a few laughes and had fun making five cards. I call this one Blue Birthday, it features a horizontal gatefold opening, an embossed layer and a piece of the adorable Regency Park Designer Series Paper.
Cutting instructions:
Night of Navy: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 2 3/4 on each side, 4 1/4 x 3 1/4
Balmy Blue: 2 pieces, 2 1/2 x 4, emboss with Sprigs & Twigs Embossing Folder
Mango Melody; 3 1/2 x 1
Basic White: 5 1/4 x 4
Regency Park Designer Series Paper: 4 1/8 x 3 1/8, 3 1/4 x 3/4
Assembly:
Fold gatefold sides and attach the embossed pieces on each end.
Attach the Designer Series Paper to the Night of Navy piece.
Punch the ends of the Mango Melody strip, stamp the sentiment on the Designer Series Paper piece and attach to the strip. Attach the Night of Navy Ribbon to the back and then attach to the other DSP piece with Dimensionals.
Attach this entire piece to the left gate fold only. Add the Basic White to the inside of the card. Add Milky Dots to the front of the card.
