I picked another piece of the Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper, part of the Thankful Garden collection to pick colors to use on this card. Fresh Freesia and Garden Green work well together to create the look of the card.

I picked another piece of the Lovely Garden Designer Series Paper, part of the Thankful Garden collection to pick colors to use on this card. Fresh Freesia and Garden Green work well together to create the look of the card.
Cutting InstructionsWith a few folds and cut paper you have a cross shaped card, if you don't mind 1/8-inch measurements. Plus, the card folds down to fit into a standard envelope.
CuttingOld Olive: 3 1/2 x 5 1/2, scrap for 2-inch circle punch, 5 1/8 x 7/8, (2) 5 1/8 x 5/8, (2)5 1/8 x 1 1/8, 3 x 1/8
Basic White: 5 x5 (score at 1, 1 7/8, 3 1/8, 4),3 1/4 x 5 1/4, 3 1/8 x 1 1/4, scrap for 1 3/4 circle punch, (2)5 1/8 x 7/8, (2)5 1/8 x 5/8, 5 1/8 x 1 1/8
Floral Delights DSP: 2 7/8 x 1, (2) 5 x 3/4, (2) 5 x 1/2, 5 x 1
Assembly
Adhere and layer the Floral Delights DSP on the Old Olive Cardstock strips, then adhere to the Basic White scored base. Fold and burnish each score line.
Apply adhesive to the left back side of the Basic White/ DSP piece and adhere to the Old Olive Cardstock, so the same with the right side, this will create a popped-up center piece.
Attach the remaining Basic White, Old Olive and DSP together and adhere to the popped-up section of the card base, more than halfway up to create the cross look.
Stamp the sentiment on the Basic White circle, three palm fronds in Old Olive and the light rays in Lemon Lolly. Adhere on the center of the cross. Layer on to an Old Olive 2-inch punch piece.
Adhere the large Basic White Cardstock to the back of the card to write a message.
All ready to send your Easter Greetings

Still in love with the Wildflower Birthday Designer Series Paper and thought it would be a perfect fit for a Girly Birthday card. Have your Paper Trimmer handy to make the cuts for this card, I will take you through assembly step by step.
Cutting instructionsSoftsea Foam- 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4
Pretty in Pink- 4 1/8 x 5 1/8, 3 x 4 1/4, 1/2 x 6 1/4

Designer Series Paper 1 - 4 1/4 x 2 1/4
Designer Series Paper 2 - 2 1/4 x 5 3/8
Assembly
Open scored card base and on top side make a tic mark at 2 1/8 on the right side
Next place it in the paper trimmer tic mark on the cut line and lower left worker on the cut line, trim off bottom right end and save for a future step.
Set the trimmed aside, flip piece over the add adhesive to the angle cut and attach the 1/2-inch Pretty in Pink strip to the underside leaving 1/8 approx edge.
Trim away cardstock from the top and bottom.Take the Softsea Foam piece trimmed away above and attach to the back side of this piece. Trim away extra.
Adhere other Designer Series Piece to the top of the card base, there will be a tiny bit of hang over to be trimmed away. Attach triangle shaped piece to the left side of the card base, careful with the adhesive on the lower right side of the piece.Stamp the sentiment from With you In Mind, one of my favorite sentiment sets, in Pretty in Pink on the smaller Basic White piece and the banner in Softsea Foam ink. Attach to the smaller Pretty in Pink piece. Then attach to the card front, again minding where you put adhesive to not seal the card shut.
Stamp the banners on the larger piece of Basic White and adhere to the Pretty in Pink cardstock and then to the Softsea Foam card base.Smile a lot today!!
