Dainty Vision

We created this card at my open house over the weekend and several of you fell in love with the Dainty Delights Bundle and before I could get them ordered the dies went out of stock until March 13, bummer!! I will have other ideas to show you before the bundle come back in stock.

Cutting instructions

Fresh Freesia - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4

Old Olive - 4 3/4 x 3 1/2

Basic White - 4 1/2 x 3 1/4 and 2 1/2 x 3/4

Assembly

Fold card base in half, stamp the largest image from Dainty Delight in Fresh Freesia ink around the edge of the card base, clean the stamp.

Stamp the largest image from Seaside in Pool Party in the center of the Basic White piece. Then using the large Dainty Delight stamp again and Smoky Slate ink, stamp the floral images over the Pool Party. Stamp the sentiment with same ink color.

I attached Adhesive Sheets to the back of Old Olive cardstock and Fresh Freesia Shimmer Paper and then die cut three stems and flower heads. Remove the Adhesive Sheet cover and place the stems and flower heads on the Basic White stamped piece. Attach this piece to the Old Olive cardstock and the card base.

Tie a large bow with Simply Elegent Silver Trim, attach it to the card front with a Glue Dot. Attach the sentiment over the bow as shown with Dimensionals.

Thanks for looking that this sample

It's not just about carrots

I am in awe of the people who can see other design possibilities in the stamp sets. Who saw tree, grass and flowers in a "carrot stamp set".

The matting for this card is cut to look like a Polaroid photo, cut a 4 3/4 x 4 rectangle, to cut the inner square I used the largest square die from the Stylish Shapes.

Here is a bright spring card using Thanks a Bunch to create a collage.

And finally a Valentine or Love You card

Happy Stamping

Loving the Lacey Look

The Two-Tone Floral Suite makes me happy. The Fancy Floral Designer Series Paper is my favorite in the Mini Catalog, the watercolor images and colors; I have used a package already!

The Lacey Die from Two-Tone Floral creates a perfect layer over the Designer Series Paper, but cleaning all the pieces out of the die cut takes a minute, but so worth it!

Randomly stamp the leaf, flower clump and dots in Orchid Oasis ink across the front of the card.

Carefully glue the lacey die cut on the Designer Series Paper, I did not use adhesive sheets, the die is delicate, and I was afraid it would tear. Wrap a piece of Pool Party ribbon around the bottom of the piece. Attach this to the card base with Dimensionals.

Still using the Orchid Oasis ink stamp two lined flower images, then ink up the flower and stamp off to get a lighter color over the lined images. Die cut and attach to the card front.

The sentiment I used is from Something Fancy, stamped in the same ink color and attach to the card base with Dimensonals. Top off the card with the Iridescent Pastel Gems.

Cutting

Orchid Oasis - 8 1/2 x 5 1/2

Basic White - 3 x 3 1/2 (lace piece) and 3 1/2 x 2 (stamp flowers) and 2 x 1/2 for sentiment

Fancy Floral Designer Series Paper - 3 x 3 1/2
