This Designer Series Paper is Beautiful!!!

The Fancy Flora Collection had me the first time I saw it in the Mini Catalog, the oil painting look of the Designer Series Paper, two step floral images (that are easy to match up!), lacey die cuts and the sentiment/die bundle, what is not to love.

Card one has an embossed layer, the sentiment on card two and three is so appropriate for all of us to send. The DSP on the bottom card has been embossed and how cute the dies all together. Oh, I forgot to mention the Iridescent Pastel Gem, they add a shimmery finish to the cards.

Lemons!!

The Sweet Citrus Bundle is amazing!! My first card was lemons, of course, but expect cards featuring limes, oranges, coconuts, grapefruit and who knows what next. The bundle includes a hybrid embossing folder, that means you can cut and emboss at the same time! Stampin' Up! is sneaky at coordinating products, look how a sheet of the Tea Boutique Designer Series Paper provides a matching layer to the card. I used the blossom stamp to create a background paper for one of the layers.

Time to make a pan of lemon bars and create coordinating cards.

Never Judge a Paper by its Picture

When I saw the Favored Flowers Designer Series Paper in the Sale A Bration catalog honestly, I was not impressed. But I saw what other SU Demos were doing with it and then the package of paper arrived, my mind was changed. The soft florals and dramatic reverse side had my creative side working. The colors used are some of my favorite, Calypso Coral, Rich Razzelberry, aren't those two colors you would not put together on a card. The card in the center was an Open House card.

The Favored Flowers have a coordinating Stamp/Die Bundle, Fragrant Flowers in the January - April Mini Catalog. The Designer Series Paper is FREE with a $50 purchase from the Annual or Mini.
